I TRIED TO PLACE AND ORDER AND MY CREDIT CARD DECLINED OR GAVE ME AN ERROR.

Please contact the issuing bank of your credit card or try again with another card. This error has occurred because the bank has decided not to accept payment and cannot be resolved on our end.

WHAT CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?

We currently sell and ship to all countries, and we charge in the Canadian currency.

I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I GET A REFUND OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

Currently, all sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. If you make a request for a refund and it is accepted, please note that purchases made with a credit or debit card can take up to 30 days to show up on your account. If you made a purchase with using your bank account or PayPal balance, the balance will be credited to your PayPal account. Funds can take three to five days to arrive in your account.

WHY DO MY BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS HAVE TO MATCH?

DO YOU RESTOCK YOUR INVENTORY?

The brand focuses on exclusivity. Not all items will be restocked but on occasion we may re-release some of our inventory items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.

HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?
